Liang "Leon" Shi - Managing Director

Leon serves as the Managing Director and controlling shareholder of Niugini Automobiles Limited. With deep roots in Papua New Guinea's business community, he has dedicated much of his career to contributing to the nation's development through his involvement in his family’s established enterprise, Choulai Trading.

Leon’s approach to business is hands-on and people-focused. He oversees the day-to-day operations of Niugini Automobiles and brings years of entrepreneurial experience, strategic discipline, and a lifelong passion for vehicles. His commitment to excellence and local development is deeply embedded in the company’s values and direction.

Justin Tan – Strategic Partner & Shareholder

Justin Tan, a proud Papua New Guinean who is a key shareholder of Niugini Automobiles. He plays a vital role in shaping the company’s local identity and strategic direction, bringing with him extensive commercial and strategic expertise gained through a diverse portfolio of business ventures across Papua New Guinea.

An automotive enthusiast with a global reputation, Justin has developed a thriving aftermarket vehicle business, transforming vehicles for emergency services, leisure, and luxury performance markets. His innovations span continents and vehicle types, earning him recognition as a forward-thinker and expert in his field.
