Genuine parts

At Niugini Automobiles, we use only brand-approved parts and accessories to ensure your vehicle performs at its best. Our service center provides fully compatible replacements for worn or damaged components, all designed to maintain the smooth operation and longevity of your vehicle.


Precise Price Service

Pricing applies to the first 7 standard scheduled services of your vehicle which are scheduled to occur at every 10,000 km / 12-month for EV vehicles. Service must be booked and carried out within 5000 kilometers or 28 days of the recommended mileage interval or service anniversary date. Current prices quoted are applicable to services conducted prior to the 31st of August 2024. Prices in the future may change. Please refer to specified service schedules as issued for your vehicle by NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES for items included in the Precise Price Service pricing. NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES reserves the right to at any time modify or discontinue the Precise Price Servicing program.

 

 

FLEET CARE

 

NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES provide our valued customers with our FLEET CARE service package from our professional skilled mechanics trained by the automobile manufactures in China.

 

Roadside Assistance Terms and Conditions

 

1. Service Coverage

1.1 The roadside assistance service provided by NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES covers the following:

- Free towing service within 25 km  to the nearest NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES authorized service center in the event of a breakdown or accident.

- Emergency charge service in case of low battery level to move further.

- Flat tire change with our genuine spare tire.

- Regular maintenance: According to the vehicle's usage and the manufacturer's recommendations, regular maintenance is carried out, including inspections of core components such as the battery,electric  motor, and electronic control system, as well as checks of systems such as the braking system, shock absorber system, cooling system, air conditioning system, and lighting system.

- Battery system maintenance: Inspections and maintenance of the battery pack are conducted, including detection of parameters such as the battery's power, voltage, and temperature, as well as cleaning and maintenance of the battery.

- Motor system inspection: The working state and insulation performance of the electric motor are inspected to ensure its normal operation.

- Electronic control system detection: Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of the electronic control system are carried out to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.

- Chassis inspection: The fastening condition of chassis components and the rust situation of the chassis are inspected to ensure the safety of the chassis.

- Tire inspection: The tire pressure and wear condition are inspected to ensure the normal use of the tires.

- Braking system maintenance: The wear condition of the brake pads and the fluid level of the brake fluid are inspected to ensure the performance of the braking system.

- Air conditioning system maintenance: The air conditioning filter and the refrigerant level are inspected to ensure the cooling effect of the air conditioning system.

- Charging system inspection: The working state of the charging pile and the cleanliness of the charging interface are inspected to ensure the normal operation of the charging system.

- Additional items: Depending on the specific condition of the vehicle, additional items such as wiper replacement, brake pad replacement, and chassis rust prevention treatment may also be included.

 

It should be noted that the new energy vehicle maintenance plans of different brands and models may vary. Drivers should also pay attention to the daily use and maintenance of the vehicle, such as reasonable charging, avoiding excessive discharging, and paying attention to driving habits, in order to extend the vehicle's service life and ensure driving safety.

 

2. Service Limitations

2.1 The roadside assistance service is limited to NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES’s designated service area and may not be available in remote or inaccessible locations.

2.2 The service is provided for designated vehicles purchased with our fleet care program.

2.3 Service will not be provided if the vehicle is in an unsafe location, such as on a busy highway or in a hazardous environment.

 

3. Service Exclusions

3.1 Roadside assistance will not be provided in the event of vehicle damage due to an accident, fire, flood, or any other non-mechanical failure.

3.2 The service does not cover the cost of parts, repairs, or labor that is not covered with the fleet care package.

3.3 Assistance will not be provided if the vehicle is in an un-roadworthy condition, has been involved in illegal activities, or is in violation of traffic laws.

 

4. Service Activation

4.1 To activate roadside assistance, the customer must contact our designated hotline and provide the necessary details, including the vehicle's location and the nature of the assistance required.

 

5. Service Response Time

5.1 NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES will make all reasonable efforts to provide roadside assistance within a reasonable time frame(45mins within 25km of range from our workshop), but actual response times may vary depending on factors such as location and traffic conditions.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting roadside assistance.

6.2 The customer is required to cooperate with the service provider and follow any instructions or safety precautions provided during the assistance process.

 

7. Service Fees

7.1 Roadside assistance is provided free of charge for customers who have purchased an ELECTRIC vehicle from NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES. However, additional costs may apply for services not covered under the standard assistance terms.

 

8. Modification of Terms

8.1 NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the roadside assistance service at any time, with the updated terms being effective upon publication on the company's official channels.

 

Following the installation of third party accessories and or replacement parts / service undertaken by any other party, NIUGINI AUTOMOBILES reserves the right to terminate the fleet care program and any remaining factory warranty on the vehicle at their entire discretion.
